Sichuan Fengtaiwuchu Food Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Fengtaiwuchu) was established in 2018 with a registered capital of RMB 150 million. It is a subsidiary of Yibin Fengyuan Salt Co., Ltd.

Fengtaiwuchu is committed to addressing the challenges in the bamboo food industry and aims to become a supplier in the healthy and technology food manufacturing industry. The company has established a food industry chain centered around core ingredients such as bamboo and mushrooms, with a focus on full bamboo utilization. They have developed a series of bamboo dietary fiber products, established central kitchens, and actively promoted the industrialization of research results. Their goal is to create a modern food enterprise with innovative capabilities and high-tech content at the provincial and national levels.

The company is located in Changning Kaifo Green Food Processing Park in Yibin, Sichuan, where bamboo shoot resources are abundant. 'Changning Bitter Bamboo Shoots' and 'Changning Bamboo Fungus' are protected products of geographical indication (GI). Their main business includes the production, technical research and development, and technical promotion services of food, seasonings, and agricultural and sideline products. They are involved in the cultivation, production, sales, transportation, and cold chain services of agricultural and sideline products. 

The company's production workshop is equipped with advanced automated production lines. Currently, they mainly produce customized pre-packaged foods using materials such as Phyllostachys Nigra shoots, Dendrocalamus Latiflorus shoots, Chimonobambusa Quadrangularis shoots, and Lohan shoots. They have supply agreements with major retailers and supermarket chains, including Ito Yokado, Beijing Hualian, Shanghai Jiuguang, DL, Haidilao, and Zou Sanhe. Their primary markets include Beijing, Shanghai, Sichuan, Chongqing, Shaanxi, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, and Guangzhou, covering multiple provinces and cities in China.

With an initial investment of nearly RMB 300 million, the company has completed the construction of a modern forest vegetable factory with an area of approximately 43,000 square meters. They also have a professional planting demonstration base covering over 2,000 mu. The raw material production base spans over 6 million mu and originates from abundant forest and bamboo resources in southwestern China, including the Shunan Bamboo Sea in Sichuan, Zhaotong in Yunnan, and Wumeng Mountain in Guizhou. This ensures the quality of resources, production capacity, and product quality right from the source.
